Being active improves a person’s health…and with Element3 it can offset your BAJA dues and earn money for our club.
WHO?
Any BAJA members (including a member’s spouse or significant other in the household) who are also members of United Healthcare Medicare Advantage or supplemental plans, can earn extra money every time you participate in a BAJA Sporting Club related activity.
WHAT ACTIVITIES CAN I GET CREDIT FOR?
Every time you participate in a BAJA Sporting Club related activity, including, for example, every time you play in any BAJA sporting event (even batting practice) and/or attend a BAJA social or community outreach event.
DOES IT COST ME ANYTHING?
There is no cost at all to you! In fact, the funds you earn will offset your membership dues as well as contribute to club earnings. BAJA gets $1.00 for every BAJA event a member is involved, up to $10 a month. If you’re eligible, every time you participate in a BAJA club activity (up to 10 times per month), your health plan will pay BAJA for your participation. In turn, you will receive credit toward your annual dues. (6+ activities per month, on average, will completely offset your dues.)

HOW DO I RECORD MY ACTIVITIES?
For Element3 BAJA participants to record their time go to: https://cloud.email.element3health.club/crp_member_reporting_6.02
Extra participation credit, beyond the annual dues, goes to the BAJA treasury.
Note that Element3 will credit, at sign up, your previous 6 months BAJA club activities. Element3 will email a form for the member to complete each quarter to add in that quarter’s activities.
